I am a senior Finance major (with a certificate in Real Estate), and I love investing. I started my own portfolio earlier in 2014 and it has done very well since then (knock on wood), however, I’ve felt inclined to sell since the consensus is that the market is overpriced right now. However, our professor Pat Terrion said that if they are quality stocks there is really nothing wrong with holding it throughout the cycles of the market. In my free time I like to play basketball and read books.
