Doug Bova

Doug Bova is a second year MBA student at the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Finance and Business Analytics. Doug also received his BS in Marketing from the University of Connecticut, after which he worked for Flow Tech in South Windsor, CT and then Austin Habitat for Humanity. He completed a summer internship at Travelers in a Business Intelligence role for the Business Insurance department. Doug also works as a Graduate Assistant for the Marketing Department.
Dan Bu is a second year MBA student, concentrating in Real Estate and Finance. Prior to UConn, she worked on international business projects, established then sold a business venture, was involved with several projects with real estate firms in China. This past summer she interned at UBS in Hartford, CT, on the Real Estate Research & Strategy team and has stayed on part-time at UBS.
Lillian (Xiaoying) Gan

Lillian (Xiaoying) Gan is a second year MBA student at the University of Connecticut, concentrating in Finance and Business Analytics. Prior to UConn, Lillian spent five years at FAW-Volkswagen in China. During this time she gained strong experience in project management, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
This past summer she interned at Kautex Textron in Troy, Michigan. She was responsible for the Fuel System Global Project for the U.S., Mexico, Spain, and China. Her research for the SMF focuses on the manufacturing sector.

MBA – 2015
Concentration: Finance
Ming is a second year MBA student at the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Finance.
He brings to UConn extensive experience in various management roles in the fields of accounting and financial risk management in the banking industry. This past summer he interned at Kohler Company in Wisconsin as a finance summer associate and did credit modeling for several improvement projects.
Ming is from China, where he holds a CPA. He also has worked in Japan for three years, and currently serves as an UConn Graduate Teaching Assistant and an UConn MBA Ambassador.

Regina (Xuequan) Ma is a second year MBA student at the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Finance. She holds a master degree in Financial Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant and designated Senior Accountant in China. Prior to attending UConn, Regina worked at the headquarters of China Construction Bank and China Dragon Security Co. This past summer she interned at the Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation assisting a high-tech start-up.
