The MSFERM Fund

The MSFERM Fund Applications are now Open for the Fall 2024/Spring 2025 Academic Year!

If admitted, you will be part of a team that will invest more than one million dollars from the UConn Foundation in equity and fixed income instruments. In addition, you will use derivatives to manage risk. Please note the following:

(1) This is a 2-semester experience (Fall and Spring), so you will have to enroll into the 5th semester of the MSFERM program in Spring.

(2) In Fall, you will have to register for FNCE 5408 (Valuation of Financial Assets), which is a required course of the program. To avoid overpayment, you should not register for FNCE 5334 and FNCE 5344.

Participation in the MSFERM Fund satisfies the Experiential Learning Requirement.
